To ensure availability and dedicated support, all scheduled shifts require advance reservation and may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date(s).

For single overnight shifts, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable, as your reserved time has been specifically held for your family and is often unable to be filled with other bookings on short notice.

This policy allows me to provide dependable, personalized care while protecting the time intentionally reserved for each client.

Reservation & Package Booking Policy

Thoughtfully Reserved Care for Your Family

At The Amara Lotus Collective, overnight postpartum and newborn care is intentionally limited to ensure each family receives personalized, attentive support. Because overnight availability is reserved specifically for your family and often booked well in advance, a reservation retainer is required to secure all package bookings.

Package Reservation Retainer

A 30% non-refundable reservation retainer is required to reserve all postpartum and overnight newborn care packages.

This retainer:

Secures your reserved overnight dates
Guarantees availability within your contracted service period
Allows for intentional scheduling and dedicated support
Protects reserved calendar time that may not be replaced with alternate bookings

Because care dates are intentionally held for your family, retainers are non-refundable.

Package Payment Schedule

To provide a smooth and organized experience, package payments are structured as follows:

Reservation Retainer

30% due at booking
Required to reserve and secure care dates.

Remaining Balance

The remaining package balance is due prior to the start of services, according to your selected payment arrangement and outlined service agreement.

Payment plans may be available for select packages.

Rescheduling & Reserved Dates

Reserved overnight dates may be adjusted with reasonable notice and are subject to availability.

While every effort will be made to accommodate scheduling changes, reservation retainers remain non-refundable, as care time has been specifically reserved and held for your family.
